The course starts at 7:30am, and ends at 12:30pm. During the 5 hours, we have lots of activities. Mr Johan is a good speaker, he gets the attention of all people, by standing on a table. Then he start to explain on how to become a good leader.

After the 1 hour talk, Mr Johan conducted a workshop. He divided us into 7 groups, and gave each groups a red T-Shirt, with the name "UCIS" on it. Then, he asked every group to design it.

If you want to make our
SMK BATU LINTANG KUCHING a major better school discipline in Sarawak you kindly have to follow this below:
Starting of the school is enough from
8:00 am to 4:30pm that is the standard British High School like our Lodge School in Kuching.
All teachers must be in punctual time to come to the class after the bell rings.
The head principal (not assistant principal) must be on punctual duty to patrol all the classes & every blocks at the first period and after recess period.
All prefects strictly have to wear Prefects Jackets (incl. assistant & head prefect) when they are on duty. Also, prefects must change their attire with the proper Black/Blue Prefect Tie, Black Jackets & Grey Long Pants (which are currently use).
Prefects must report to the Discipline Teacher if there is a major problem involving the students.
All prefects must on duty to take care of the classes when the teachers are having a meeting.
Hope this matter would bring to the Higher Quality Principal/Higher Ministry of Education Malaysia and hope this matter will take an action as soon as possible.
